I have a particular interest in speaking to parents with college-age students, high school coaches, counselors, and administrators. Background & Qualifications

Bill Holland is recognized for his achievements as an educator, author, business executive and speaker.  Known as The Right Job Guy, he helps people navigate their path to career survival and prosperity.

Widely recognized as an expert on how to survive and prosper in the new job market, Bill has appeared on numerous radio and TV programs, including “NPR’s “Talk of the Nation,” KNBC’s Squawk Box, Heard on the Street, and WHRO’s Hear-Say. Bill has also written several books on careers and career planning. His newest, From Backpack to Briefcase: A Parents Guide, released in Spring 2014 and guides parents in helping their children on the path to career success. 

Bill has first-hand hand work experience in support of his research, including his role as Chief Human Resources Officer for Andersen Consulting’s Business Process Outsourcing Division and as Executive Vice President for Right Management responsible for 60 offices, three franchise territories in the United States and Canada. Keynote and featured speaking fees cost up to $7500 per event, plus travel and expenses. Other rates for activities such as leading break-out sessions are negotiated on an individual basis.
